In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, a full refund will be processed. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
Medications must be stored as directed on the packaging upon receipt. We cannot accept liability for medications that are stored incorrectly after delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using the details on our website.
Once a prescription medication has been dispensed and dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
